This allows drivers to significantly reduce their expenses while contributing to environmental sustainability and increasing their net income.

New drivers will also receive a financial allowance for three months following their launch to ensure their financial stability as they adapt to the company’s advanced electric vehicles.

Xanh SM also offers an affordable deposit policy. Drivers can start working with the provided vehicles by making a deposit of only Rp1.3 million and an initial payment of Rp50,000.

Additionally, drivers will receive a 50% subsidy for upgrading their SIM A to SIM A Umum, with the company covering 100% of the costs until December 31, 2024. This enables drivers to meet licensing requirements without incurring significant expenses.

Pioneering drivers and core drivers leading teams are eligible for performance bonuses of up to Rp2 million per month as a form of recognition for their leadership.
