Daihatsu is offering special services to its customers during the Christmas and New Year holiday season (Nataru). The company has set up the Pos Sahabat Siaga Liburan, designed to ensure that customers’ holiday travels are more peaceful and comfortable.
The holiday season is always a delightful time, especially for those planning road trips for leisure or returning home to celebrate Christmas and New Year with their families.
To welcome this occasion, Daihatsu has established the Pos Sahabat Siaga at two strategic locations that serve as rest facilities frequented by travelers and holiday-goers: Rest Area KM 72 A on the Purbaleunyi Toll Road in West Java and Rest Area KM 456 A on the Salatiga Toll Road in Central Java. This facility will be available to customers around the clock for 11 days, from December 21 to December 31, 2024.

The Pos Sahabat Siaga Daihatsu features a variety of amenities for visitors, including a fully air-conditioned relaxation area, massage chairs, a kids’ corner, and complimentary souvenirs. Additionally, Daihatsu offers free inspections of 21 vehicle components and consultations with experienced Daihatsu service teams. Customers can also take advantage of a promotion on Daihatsu Genuine Oil (DGO), where purchasing 2 liters earns them an extra liter for free, along with service discounts of up to 20% and a parts bazaar featuring 90 types of Daihatsu spare parts at up to 20% off for loyal customers of the Sahabat Klub.
Visitors at Pos Sahabat Siaga can also earn a discount voucher of 15% for periodic maintenance services, wheel alignment & balancing, air conditioning maintenance, and car detailing, which can be applied to their next service at any official Astra Daihatsu workshop across Indonesia until March 31, 2025.
In addition to the Pos Sahabat Siaga, Daihatsu has prepared 65 Siaga Workshops located throughout Indonesia. These 65 workshops include 12 in Sumatra, 6 in Kalimantan, 11 in Jakarta and Banten, 5 in West Java, 8 in Central Java, 8 in East Java, 7 in Bali, and 7 in Sulawesi, along with 1 in Papua.
Moreover, Daihatsu is also providing 65 Daihatsu Mobile Service (DMS) units that offer home service or on-site service for customers. This service operates daily during business hours, ready to assist customers throughout the holiday period.

To ensure that vehicles are always in optimal condition, customers are encouraged to have regular maintenance at authorized Daihatsu workshops every six months or every 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
