The singer of the hit song “Sial” recently shared maternity shoot photos on her Instagram account. Not long ago, a celebration for her seven-month pregnancy was also held.

Mahalini’s joy in anticipating her first child’s birth has been met with enthusiasm from her fans.

In the comments section of one of Mahalini’s posts, a netizen expressed excitement, saying they couldn’t wait to see the beautiful singer’s baby’s face.

“Kak Lin, I can’t wait to see your baby,” wrote the netizen.

Unexpectedly, Mahalini responded to the comment, revealing that she wasn’t ready to show her baby’s face just yet.

Mahalini expressed concerns that negative comments might cause her stress.

“Just pray for me, hihi. But I don’t want to show the baby to avoid comments that could stress me out later (because we know that every mother’s mental state is different, especially since I’ll be a new mom),” Mahalini wrote.

The artist, whose full name is Ni Luh Ketut Mahalini Ayu Raharja, hopes that people around her will understand and refrain from sharing her child’s face on social media.

“I hope everyone around me understands not to share my child’s face through content or posts, so that I and Iky can be ready first,” added Mahalini.

Fans have respected the decision made by the singer from Denpasar, Bali. They support her choice and are ready for whenever she decides to unveil her child’s face.

Mahalini and Rizky Febian tied the knot on May 10, 2024. Their marriage was initially surrounded by controversy after the South Jakarta Religious Court rejected their marriage registration.

This was due to the fact that the witnesses from Mahalini’s side did not comply with the applicable Marriage Law.

However, on December 27, 2024, the couple was able to remarry, and now their marriage is recognized both religiously and legally.
