Bogor, IDN Times – After the Christmas and New Year holidays for 2024-2025, the first weekend of the new year is expected to see heavy traffic flowing towards Puncak Bogor, as predicted by the Bogor Police Traffic Unit until Sunday (January 5, 2025). This surge in vehicles is anticipated due to the conclusion of the school holidays.
According to KBO Lantas Polres Bogor, Iptu Ardian Novianto, the traffic congestion on the Puncak Bogor route is expected to peak tomorrow, particularly on the route heading back to Jakarta. Meanwhile, this Saturday morning, starting at 7:30 AM, vehicles will be traveling in one direction from Jakarta to Puncak Bogor.
“Indeed, tomorrow marks the peak of the return traffic following the New Year and the end of the school holidays,” he informed IDN Times on Saturday (January 4, 2025).
