Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) is taking place at ICE BSD City, Tangerang, Banten, and will conclude today, Sunday, December 1, 2024. If you’re on the hunt for electric vehicles at special prices, make sure to visit this automotive exhibition.

Numerous electric vehicle brands are rolling out significant promotions during the exhibition period. Among these brands are Chery, MG, Wuling, Maxus, Aletra, and BMW.

Chery

Chery is offering discounts of up to Rp20 million for the first 300 buyers of the J6 Phantom.

• J6 RWD Phantom Rp548 million → Special edition Rp528 million (limited to 200 units)
• J6 IWD Phantom Rp608 million → Special edition Rp588 million (limited to 100 units)

Additionally, the first 1,000 consumers will receive a lifetime warranty, 1-year tire warranty, and 1-year all-risk insurance.

MG

MG has exciting programs set up for visitors who make transactions during the exhibition. Their program named MG 123 offers free insurance for one year, light installments with 0% interest for two years, and free electricity vouchers for EV products for three years.

Moreover, there is a discount of Rp20 million for the 2024 MG4 EV model, with every booking fee earning a lucky dip. Orders made during GJAW will require a waiting period of one to two months depending on the color variant chosen.

Wuling

Wuling has introduced various discounts including:

• Air EV Lite 200 km from Rp209 million to Rp179 million (discount of Rp30 million)
• Binguo EV 333 km AC/DC from Rp358 million to Rp330 million (discount of Rp28 million)
• Cloud EV 460 km from Rp438 million to Rp398.8 million (discount of Rp39.7 million)

Additionally, low down payment promotions starting from Rp16 million are available, along with a grand prize of one Binguo EV unit. Vehicles purchased during GJAW will be delivered by mid-December.

Maxus

Maxus is not offering discounts during GJAW since it has already benefited from government subsidies. For example, the Maxus Mifa 9, which was previously priced at Rp1.4 billion, is now available for Rp1.088 billion.

However, this newcomer from China is providing a free 11 kWh wall charger with no installation charges, a lucky dip shopping voucher worth Rp1 million – Rp2 million, and premium gifts for merchandise.

For leasing, they have introduced light interest rates of 1.99% per year, or 0% interest for tenors of 5 or 11 months.

Units purchased during GJAW can be delivered in December or no later than March 2025.

Aletra

Aletra is offering promotions ranging from Rp20 million to Rp30 million throughout the launching period at GJAW, with the following details.

Prices during the GJAW 2024:

Aletra L8 EV without charger: Rp415 million
Aletra L8 EV including charger: Rp425 million
Aletra L8s EV without charger: Rp448 million
Aletra L8s EV including charger: Rp458 million.

Normal prices:

Aletra L8 EV without charger: Rp435 million
Aletra L8 EV including charger: Rp445 million
Aletra L8s EV without charger: Rp478 million
Aletra L8s EV including charger: Rp488 million.

Orders for Aletra electric vehicles during GJAW will be delivered in April 2025.

BMW

BMW is offering discounts ranging from Rp50 million to Rp100 million, depending on the model and negotiations for the best price. For instance, the BMW eX1 has a discount starting at Rp50 million, while the iX, i4, i5, and i7 models can receive larger discounts.

BYD

BYD is not providing discounts, but in celebration of its 30th anniversary, it is offering exciting deals for visitors who make a Vehicle Order Letter (SPK) during GJAW.

Lucky visitors have the chance to win a BYD M6 Superior 7-Seater. Additionally, every BYD vehicle purchase will include a free one-year tire warranty.
