Antony is likely to part ways with Manchester United this January. Both Real Betis and Olympiacos have shown interest in the winger. Which club would you choose for Antony?

The talented player has been included in Manchester United’s list of players who might be offloaded during the January 2025 transfer window, which closes on January 31st.

According to Sky Sports, there are two clubs keen on securing Antony’s services: the Spanish side Real Betis and the Greek team Olympiacos.

Manchester United is open to negotiations. It appears that both clubs are interested in bringing Antony on loan until the end of the 2024/2025 season, with an option for a permanent transfer thereafter.

Real Betis seems to be leading the race. The club is willing to cover half of the 24-year-old’s salary, which amounts to approximately Rp 2 billion (given that Antony’s weekly wage at United is around Rp 4 billion).

However, Antony’s camp has yet to give the green light. It’s reported that he still wants to fight for a position in the first team, but it seems increasingly difficult to displace Garnacho and Diallo from the lineup, especially with Bruno Fernandes being utilized as a left-wing forward in the 3-4-3 formation.
